We want you obsessed with your Kava Candles purchase. If something’s not right, let us know ASAP.

Ordered The Wrong Thing?
You can cancel or amend your order before it’s made.
Once it’s made and ready to go — she’s locked in.

Need to fix it? Email sales@kavacandles.com within 24 hours of ordering.


Change Of Mind? Not Our Vibe
We don’t offer returns or refunds if:

  • You changed your mind
  • You don’t like the scent you chose

Faulty Or Incorrect? We’ve Got You
If something’s actually wrong:

  • Wrong item received → we’ll replace it or refund you
  • Faulty or damaged product → we’ll replace it or refund you

Important:
Damaged packaging alone (e.g. box) doesn’t qualify if the product is fine.


Timeframe Matters
All refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item. 


Returns Shipping (The Fine Print)
Unless it’s our fault:

  • You cover return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • You must provide proof of postage + tracking

Fault Claims (Yes, We Check 😌)
If you think your product is faulty, send us images for inspection.
If you want us to inspect it, you can send it back for inspection.
We’ll let you know within 14 business days of receiving it.

If approved → refund goes back to your original payment method.
